Selma as over 23 years of experience in technology and strong EMEA market insight. She supports several EY top clients globally and in the MENA region to successfully and profitably embrace digital transformation and innovation. She leverages key emerging technologies, such as AI, Data Analytics, and Hyper Automation-based solutions and works across sectors, including Energy, Government, Consumers, Finance, Telecom. With a vested interest in Women and Youth Empowerment in technology, Selma has been a coach and mentor within and outside EY for several years, championing diversity and inclusivity. She built and led the Women in Emerging Technology Program with Henley Business school (UK) and in 2023 ran the same program with Hult International Business School in the UAE. In 2023 she was featured among 50 Women Leaders by Arabian Business for her services to technology and society.
Mbaranga Gasarabwe

Mbaranga has over 30 years experience in diplomacy, international relations, education, economic, security and defense policy, working in emerging as well as conflict countries. She is the President of the Scientific Council of Cluster Digital Africa, promoting an inclusive and prosperous digital Africa. Mbaranga is a champion for inclusive education and digitalization. She is a Member of the GWL (Global Women Leaders for Inclusiveness & Advocacy), a Senior Advisor to the UN Senior Women Leaders Pipeline Training Center and a Board Member of Patrol (Pan-African Alliance for Transparency and Rule of Law). For 25 years she served the United Nations, as Assistant Secretary General Global Safety & Security in New York and more recently as Assistant Secretary General, Special Representative Peacekeeping Mission in Mali.
For over 20 years Mbaranga has also held several roles within the UN Development Program. Her remarkable journey is an inspiration to youth and professionals and her commitment to education has won her several accolades throughout her distinguished career.
