Dr. Selina is a highly respected, global, dynamic, multicultural, multiaward winner corporate academic with over 30 years of diverse, C-level experience in Fortune 500, Global 500 and start-ups in technology, higher education, tourism/hospitality and luxury.
A resident of her beloved UAE since 2013, Dr. Selina started her academic journey at HEC Paris and has become a leading voice in education and corporate governance. She led Hult International Business School Dubai campus as Dean and Executive Director,
and won several accolades for her services to education, teaching and research.
Dr. Selina is a role model, mentor and coach for youth and professionals, and an advocate for the UAE as the nation of choice to develop and employ future-ready talent. She is a Senior Fellow of the Center for Governance, Public Investment Fund (Saudi Arabia) and a Professor of Leadership and Corporate Governance at Hult Ashridge Executive Education. In 2016 she was featured
by Financial Times among 100 Women to Watch for her services to corporate governance. Dr. Selina researches and publishes in future readiness, leadership impact, board and investor engagement.
